What types of pets do we supervise?
In general, we supervise dogs, cats, rabbits, rodents, and exotic animals. Icons on the sitters' profiles indicate what types of pets they can care for.
What services do we offer?
Our standard services include:
Walking:
1-hour walk tailored to your pet’s needsDrop-in visit:

Our sitters set their own prices, and you can check the current price list on their profiles.
IMPORTANT: Sitters provide quotes for bookings. Our experience shows that many requests are unique, and we strive to meet all needs.
Our indicative prices are as follows:
- Walking: 3000 - 4000 HUF per session
- Drop-in visit: 3000 - 4000 HUF per session
- Daycare supervision: 2000 - 3000 HUF per hour
- 24-hour supervision: 10,000 - 17,500 HUF per day
- Nursing care: Based on a quote
How do I contact the selected sitter?

Do I need to book the first free meeting separately?

Where can the service be provided? Will it be at my home or the sitter’s?
You can discuss with the sitter whether the supervision will take place at your home or theirs. Since many of our sitters are also pet owners, they can only provide supervision in their own home if your pets get along.
My pet takes medication, is that a problem?
We can, therefore, offer safe supervision even for pets that are sick, elderly, or require special care.

Online Vet Chat - How does it work?
If you have a question about your pet, it’s rarely just a single question, as the veterinarian will often ask follow-up questions, you might have more to ask, and so on. In many cases, I’ve found that it’s more convenient for pet owners if they can continue asking questions even after discussing the issue. That’s why we designed this service with a monthly subscription option. So, if you have a question, you can purchase either the "Caring" or the "Safety Net" package, whichever suits you best. After that, you can consult with the veterinarian as much as you need for one month. For instance, you can still ask questions a week after your initial issue has been addressed.
Online Vet Chat - What if I have only 1 question?
Even if you have just one question, you’ll still be able to ask the vet over the course of a month. If you don't want to be charged for the next month, you’ll have the option to cancel your subscription after one month.
Online Vet Chat - Will I be charged every month?
If you wish to continue asking questions every month, we will deduct the chosen package’s fee from your account monthly, so the answer is yes. However, if you no longer wish to remain a member, you can cancel your subscription at any time, and we won’t charge you in the following month.

We will respond within 1 hour.

Pet Owner Courses - How Does It Work?
Whichever course you choose, you need to register on the website to access the course. After completing the registration and paying the course fee, you will be able to access the course. Most of our courses are entirely online, and you can access the materials from your profile by clicking the "Login" button on the website (after entering your details). Upon successfully completing the course, we will issue a certificate—please carefully read the requirements in the description of the course you choose.

You can start the course at any time and progress at your own pace. You will have lifetime access to the materials, so you can revisit them at any time in the future.
Sitter Courses - How Does It Work?
To access the Sitter course (dog, cat, or rabbit), you need to register on the website. After completing the registration and paying the course fee, you will be able to access the course. The course is entirely online, and you can access the materials from your profile by clicking the "Login" button on the website (after entering your details). Upon successfully completing the course, we will issue a certificate, which will be sent to you via email.

What will I learn in the Sitter Course?
The course provides you with all the practical knowledge necessary for safe pet care:

- Communication with the pet owner
In addition to the online training, we organize monthly in-person and online workshops for sitters who are part of our community, covering topics like animal health, behavior, and training. This ensures your continuous development!
What is the Sitter Exam like?
At the end of the course, you will find a scheduling system to sign up for the exam. The exam is conducted via online video chat, where we will ask you questions about your experience with animals, your motivation, and the course material. Upon passing the exam, we will issue a certificate, which will be sent to you via email!
Can anyone sign up for the Pet Owner Courses?
Of course! Whether you're a new pet owner or have had a pet for a long time, you will surely find a course that can expand your knowledge.
Can anyone sign up to be a sitter?
Yes, anyone can complete the sitter course.
Do I have to become a sitter to complete the course?
